MS91404 (TOLA)

MS91404D (TOLA) Trays: MS91404D is a Military Standard for Small-Size mounting bases for use with electronic equipment in aircraft. There are two (2) basic sizes with two (2) standard load ranges each with up to seven (7) optional load ranges each with a maximum load of 40 pounds.

• MS91404 TOLA trays are made of lightweight aluminum supported on two sets of MS type isolators* paired on channels for ease of installation.
• The rolled rear retaining lip and the front clamp hold down mechanism allow the convenience of rapid installation and removal.
• Fabricated to tight tolerances for rigidity.
• Material is 6061-T heat treated aluminum (U.S.) or aluminum alloy B.S.L.81 and B.S.L.113 (U.K.).
• Optional finishes include chemfilm MIL-C-5541, CL 3, anodize or caustic etch.
• Optional retention mechanisms to MS14108 or M85731.
• *Isolation mounts are to MS91527 or MS91418 QPL standards or commercial equivalent.
