Bonding Straps

Bonding straps are required by most MIL and Commercial avionics specifications for the purpose of creating an electrical grounding path across electrically insulated vibration isolators. They also allow for an alternate electrical grounding path other than through power or data cables connections. Hutchinson bonding straps are made from phosphor bronze for excellent corrosion and wear resistance and are used in both military and commercial avionics installations.
